How do I become a VIP member?

* You become eligible for VIP membership as soon as you have spent a
minimum of £406.56 online including shipping costs and taxes. As soon
as you reach this benchmark you will be given the option to convert your
standard membership to a VIP membership.

What are the VIP benefits?

Are there any fees or renewal fees?

* No, the membership is free, it is a lifetime membership.

When will I receive my VIP membership card?

* As soon as we receive your qualifying order (see below) you will be
given the option to convert your standard membership to a VIP
membership in your online account. Your VIP membership card is sent to
your attention via postal mail within one week from the date of the
conversion (it takes one click to convert your existing account to a VIP
membership account).

What is a qualifying order?

* The qualifying order is the order that grants you eligibility for VIP
membership. It is the first order, the total of which, takes you beyond the
£406.56 benchmark. It can be your first zChocolat.com order if the order
total is greater than £406.56 or a £ 40.66 order if you have already
ordered £365.90 worth of our products in the past.

Is there a time limit to reach the £406.56 benchmark?

* No, there is no time limit. You can open an account this year and reach
the benchmark two years from now or tomorrow. We monitor your
progress in your account. When you connect to your zChocolat account,
we display the total spent to date and the remaining total for VIP
membership eligibility.
